Almaty. Kazakhstan Today - The President's decree of Kazakhstan confirms standards of rendering state services by the National Bank of Kazakhstan, the agency reports citing the president's decree published today in official mass media.

"According to item 2, article 34 of the Budgetary Code of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2008, the standards of rendering of state services: issuing of registration certificate to exchange offices, issuing of the certificate of notification of currency transactions, issuing of the registration certificate for currency transactions have been decreed."

"The decree will come into force after ten calendar days after its first official publication."
